Paper Topics 1920 - Horror Book Review
I am a HUGE fan of the Paper Topics series of books and I love this book. It's a collection of seven free suspense thrillers for adults, perfect for Halloween. The first five books are very scary stories all the way through the series, some quite creepy.
The last book is called Strange Numbers and is the best of the bunch. I must admit I had to read the first three in a row before I could get through this book. It's filled with both old and new characters with very creepy incidents. The book starts off on a very spooky note, which makes it all the more terrifying.
Paper Topics is by far one of the scariest horror books I have ever read. I feel like every time I pick up the book, I can't wait to turn the page and go over to the next chapter.
One of the most excellent collections of tales in the genre for children is The Curse of the Mummy Zoo by John Hart. This is a story of haunted houses and monsters. It's a dark, scary story that may very well be a nightmare for you, at least a few times.
